Every night we feature a selection of fresh fish and meats from around the
globe. The selection changes nightly. Examples of items which may be found
on the grill list include Hawaiian Swordfish, Alaskan King Salmon,
Idaho Ruby Trout, New England Dayboat Sea Scallops. For the meat lovers, we
also usually offer several cuts of steak as well as a chicken and pork offering.
As always, our grill list selections are delivered fresh and are never frozen.
